Please make sure that you have downloaded the Rugby Xplorer app for 2019 registrations and activated your account prior to Thursday for sign on. You can find the link to download the app here for both Apple & Android – https://www.rugby.com.au/rugby%20xplorer

Once you have downloaded the app, go through the initial set up in the app selecting the teams that you are interested in for news.

Then, follow these steps to activate your account (These are the steps for someone who has registered before, if you haven’t been registered before, use the steps below these):
1. In the bottom right corner of the app, click on the more button.
2. In the list displayed on screen, select sign up/register.
3. Enter either your MyRugby ID or the email address you used last year for registrations.
4. If the email address is the one you used last year, or it is your MyRugby ID, a screen will appear showing your profile and any other linked profiles.
5. The next screen will give you the option to email you a magic link, which will allow you to set a new password and activate your account.

Steps for creating a new account. Do not use these if you have played rugby, anywhere at all, before. Creating duplicate accounts creates major issues in the system:
1. In the bottom right corner of the app, click on the more button
2. Enter the email address you wish to register with. If you have multiple children, they will all be registered under the same email address as linked accounts.
3. Follow the prompts on screen to enter all details and finish setting your account up.

Once you have completed those steps, you are ready to register for the season!
